I wrote a song a while back called "Don't Overthink It" and it became my anthem for a while. I wanted to find a shirt to match, so I searched the internet but couldn't find anything I liked so I made my own.

Many of us tend to overthink most situations to our detriment, instead of letting go a little bit and listening to what the rest of our body has to say. It isn't easy, but it's well worth trying to give the mind some time out of the driver's seat.
