Many of us tend to overthink most situations to our detriment, instead of letting go a little bit and listening to what the rest of our body has to say. It isn't easy, but it's well worth trying to give the mind some time out of the driver's seat.
This design is completely hand-drawn by Libby Sterling of Mental Cramps and digitized for your use on a plethora of products. Let it serve as a reminder to calm down, take a deep breath and do whatever it is that helps you regulate yourself in the midst of stressful situations.
